Pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy yoga has been shown to relieve stress during and after pregnancy. It is also designed to make for a more comfortable delivery. For expectant mothers who are interested in natural childbirth, without medication or a c-section, a yoga routine is a great way to prepare. Any pregnancy can be a stressful experience, depression, varicose veins, irritability, back pain, insomnia and fatigue are only a few symptoms associated with bringing a child into the world.
