or those interested in starting yoga. They are also popular among
yoga practitioners who have been into the exercise for a while

whence it came.
The bulk of yoga books on the market are instructional as well
as educational. They provide information on a particular type
of yoga and outline workout plans and poses. Many include helpful
illustrations of positions and postures that are difficult to
describe in words. There are books available specifically for
beginners, pregnant women and senior citizens.
There are also yoga books written for specific styles of yoga.
Many are written by yoga masters known as yogis and outline their
own specific type of yoga. Other books are designed for people
who want to get specific results from their routine. Sub-categories
of yoga books include those designed for weight loss, strength
training, relaxation and meditation.
